User Group Support
	Telemark Systems actively supports the Danbury Area Computer Society (DACS) and provides leadership for two of the club's Special Interest Groups. Jim Scheef currently serves as president of DACS.
Visual Basic SIG
	Jim Scheef has been a co-leader of the Visual Basic SIG since it started in 1994. The VB SIG discusses application development using Visual Basic. This includes application design using a component-based architecture (n-tier system design) as well as the fundamentals of coding in VB. View current meeting information
Server & Networking SIG
	The Server & Networking SIG started in 1999 as the Back Office SIG to fill an interest in server-based application development and the attendant infrastructure. Meetings regularly discuss Windows 2000 Server and Microsoft networking, SQL Server and web-based application development. In addition the SIG covers Linux and Open Source alternatives to Microsoft products. View current meeting information
